THE PROPERTY:
Puddle Duck Cottage is well appointed throughout and provides guests with spacious, comfortable and contemporary accommodation, with character features consisting of wooden beams, as well as a lovely large inglenook fireplace with log burner (logs and kindling welcome basket included Oct-Feb), plus gas central heating, all of which help to create a charming atmosphere.
This cottage has a large private rear garden which is fully enclosed with 5ft and 6ft fencing, landscaped with a patio and lawn area, perfect for some alfrescro dining, enchanced by the comfy corner dining table and chairs plus gas BBQ provided for guests use. The rear garden is directly accessed from the kitchen and living room patio doors.

When you book Mini Puddle Duck, you’ll still enjoy exclusive use of the cottage and its large, private, securely enclosed rear garden, but with accommodation arranged for up to four guests.
You’ll have use of:
Bedroom 1: Super king or twin
The remaining bedroom will simply be closed during your stay, allowing smaller groups to enjoy the space, comfort and privacy of Puddle Duck Cottage at a rate designed for up to four guests.

WEEKEND STAYS:
Make the most of every moment of your weekend away.
Our weekend stays begin on Friday, but there’s no need to rush home on Sunday. You can choose to stay and enjoy the cottage for as long as you like on Sunday or depart on Monday morning.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE:
The cottage has a private driveway to the front, with level access directly to the front door. The pretty front garden is bordered by a small decorative wall and is landscaped with flowers and planted pots, creating a lovely welcome as you arrive.
To the rear of the cottage is a lovely landscaped private, secure and enclosed garden arranged over three levels. From the kitchen and lounge, the patio area is easily accessible, with a short set of steps leading up to a gravelled terrace featuring pots and seasonal planting. A further short set of railway sleeper steps leads to the lawned garden, providing additional space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Please note: Although the patio areas immediately outside the cottage are easily accessible from the kitchen and lounge, the rear garden is terraced and includes two sets of steps. The upper areas may therefore be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility or for very young children without close supervision.
